The product

One loop, and everything it needs to keep turning.

The week your clients spend on their own, the brief you open before the next hour, and the roster, calendar, payments and pages that keep both running. Here is each part, what it is for, and where it sits in the week.

1 · After

The plan writes itself

Transcript, summary and the week's work

2 · During

They do it in their app

Check-ins, assignments, a nudge when it goes quiet

3 · Before

You open the session briefed

What they did, and what they did not

Setting up

Most of it is written before you arrive.

Tell us what kind of coaching you do, and your services, intake form and first programme come already drafted. Change the words that are not yours and send the first invite. There is no blank page anywhere in the setup.

Templates you can edit Services, intake and programmes arrive written. Every word is yours
One session or twelve One hour or a whole arc, booked together or one at a time
Your intake, your questions Add, reorder or delete. It goes out the moment somebody joins
Coming from elsewhere We help you export from your current tool, and load it here for you

Between sessions

The week has somewhere to happen.

Programmes are an arc of sessions with assignments and check-ins attached. They go out on their own, land in an app your client carries, and come back as something you can read in twenty seconds.

Assignments Small enough to do on a phone, marked done by the client
Weekly check-ins One to ten with a note, trended once there is enough to trend
Reminders Sent when somebody goes quiet, not on a fixed drip
The client app Check-ins, assignments, reminders and joining a session

Sessions

The hour, and
everything around it.

Run the call in the browser. The transcript, summary and plan are there afterwards without you pressing anything, and whether the session happened is worked out from who actually joined.

The brief What they owe, how they scored the week, how long it has been
In the browser No install for you, one tap for them
Transcript and summary Written from the session, not from your memory of it
Scheduling Google and Outlook sync, so real life blocks your slots

Clients

One page per person, and it stays current.

Profile, history, files, forms, engagement and notes in one place, with a written summary at the top telling you where somebody is before you open anything else.

Intake Sent automatically when they join, and what moves them to active
Pipeline Invited, booked, intake, active, archived. Never guesswork
Couples Handled as a unit where the coaching calls for it
History Every session, form and payment on one timeline

Getting clients

A page, a calendar and a checkout.

Twelve templates at your own address, carrying your services and your real availability. Somebody reads it, picks a time, pays, and arrives on your roster with intake already sent.

Your landing page Search markup and link previews handled
Public booking The slot is held for fifteen minutes while they pay
Blocks of sessions Sold once, booked all at once or one at a time
Inquiries A contact form feeding a real inbox, not your email
