For group practices

Five coaches, five ways of working, one name on the door.

A practice is only as good as its least visible session. Uploop gives you one roster, one brand and one set of numbers, without anybody standing over anybody.

What actually goes wrong

What a practice cannot see, it cannot run.

The problems of a practice are not the problems of a coach. They are all about the joins.

Every coach is an island

Their notes, their calendar, their client relationships. Nobody can answer a simple question about the practice without asking five people, and you learn a client was unhappy on the day they leave.

One brand, kept five different ways

One coach sends a considered intake, another sends a form built in ten minutes. Same logo on both. Clients compare notes, and the practice is judged by the weaker one.

Money is a monthly argument

Who saw whom, who earned what, whose split is what, which invoice belongs to which coach, and who is chasing the one that has not been paid. Usually reconstructed in a spreadsheet.

A new coach takes a month to be useful

The templates live in somebody's head, the good intake questions are in an old document, and the only way to learn the practice's way of working is three weeks of shadowing.

What changes

One roster, one brand, one set of numbers.

Every coach keeps their own calendar and their own clients, and the practice sees all of it. Every session and every payment is attributed to the person who did it, so the split is arithmetic rather than a conversation.

Templates belong to the practice, not to whoever wrote them. A coach who joins on Monday sends the practice's intake on Monday, and the client cannot tell they are new.

This month, by coach Attributed automatically
Amara Reed 28 sessions$4,900
Theo Bright 21 sessions$3,675
Marguerite Vaz 17 sessions$2,975

Nobody types any of this in.

Seats you add and remove A coach joins, a coach leaves, and the clients stay with the practice
Attribution per coach Every session and payment carries the name of whoever earned it
Templates the practice owns Intake, programmes and services written once and used by everybody
One page, many calendars The client picks a coach, and that coach's real availability is what they see

Put one team on it.

Two coaches and a shared roster is enough to see whether it holds. Add the rest when it does.

$10 a month to start. Card payments cost 3.15% + 30c.
