Your coaching doesn't stop when the call ends.

Uploop ensures clients actually do the work between sessions, so you walk into every session already briefed on what happened.

Before you go in

Across seven sessions the same thing returns: she can name the ask precisely, and never makes it. Her scores have climbed anyway, which is what has let it wait this long.

  • Open on the climb. Six weeks up, 3.1 to 4.2.
  • The ask is still undrafted. Ask what is in the way.
  • Two weeks between sessions was her idea. Still working?
The problem, stated plainly

You get one hour. The week gets the other hundred and sixty-seven.

Six days you are not in the room. Whatever happens here is what they bring back.

They leave ready to go.

Then the week happens. They arrive back having thought about it twice, and you spend the first ten minutes rebuilding where you were.

Momentum, lost every seven days

You prepare unpaid.

Fifteen unpaid minutes before every call, scrolling back through notes trying to remember what you agreed. Or you skip it, and walk in cold.

An hour a week you never invoice

Both of those are the same gap. One loop closes it.

The mechanism

Every session starts where the last one left off.

1 After the session The plan writes itself From what was actually said. Assignments and check-ins go out without you opening anything.
2 During the week Somewhere the work happens They live in an app with your name on it. One task, one question, one nudge if it goes quiet.
3 Before the next one You open the session already briefed Their answers, their scores, which way they are moving, and what they skipped.

And round again, every session.

That is the whole product. Everything else is in service of it: the roster, the calendar, the payments and the forms exist so the loop has somewhere to live.

Before the session

Be the coach who remembers everything.

Every answer, every skipped assignment and every score they gave the week, gathered onto the session before you open it. You read it in twenty seconds and start where they actually are.

Between sessions

The week is where the change happens.

Your clients get an app of their own: check-ins, assignments, reminders and the button that joins your next session. Your practice on every screen of it, not ours. They answer in a minute on a phone, and it lands on your side straight away.

Everything else

The practice runs itself in the background.

A roster with a page per person, a calendar that respects your real one, payments into your own Stripe account, and intake forms that go out on their own. Every call it makes on your behalf is written down, in the order it made them.

Your own page

Your practice gets a website. You do not have to build it.

Twelve templates, your colour and your logo, your services and your real availability. Somebody reads it, picks a time, pays, and arrives on your roster with their intake form already answered.

  • At your own address. On Studio it is served from your domain, and ours appears nowhere.
  • Findable, and shareable. Search markup and link previews handled, so a pasted link looks like a practice.
  • They book and pay on it. Into your own Stripe account, with the slot held while they check out.

Questions worth asking.

Including the one nobody else puts in their FAQ.

What if a client just will not do the work?

Then they will not, and you will know within a week rather than at the next session. Uploop makes the work small, puts it where they already are, and tells you early when somebody is drifting. It does not make anybody do anything, and you would notice if we claimed otherwise.

Do my clients have to download anything?

Only if they want to. Everything works from a link in a browser. There is also an Uploop app, where they do their check-ins and assignments, get reminded, and join your sessions with one tap. It carries your practice, not us.

How long does setting it up actually take?

You tell us what kind of coaching you do and your services, intake form and first programme are already written. Most coaches change a few words and invite their first client the same afternoon.

What does it cost to take a payment?

Card payments settle straight into your own Stripe account, the same on every plan. Uploop adds no fee — you pay only Stripe's own processing rate. Nothing is charged on a payment that fails, and a session settled in cash or by transfer costs nothing at all.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it and we delete ours. Your clients, their answers, your notes and your payment records are yours, and getting them out is not a support ticket.

Walk into every session already knowing.

What they were asked to do and whether they did it, which way their week is trending, and how long it's been. Assembled while you were doing something else.
